What do Reseller Hosting plans include?
They include base cPanel accounts depending on the plan, Full SSD Raid 10 storage, unlimited monthly traffic, FTP accounts, email accounts, databases and add-on domains.
Is Sitebuilder included for free?
Yes. We include a suite for building websites without writing code, with responsive templates, SEO optimization, multilingual support and tools ready to use immediately.
Is Softaculous included?
Yes. Softaculous installs web applications with one click, including CMS platforms, blogs, forums, online stores and many other solutions. It also simplifies installation backups.
Do you offer free migration?
Yes. We offer free migration on all reseller hosting plans for new services with a cPanel account.
How do I order a plan?
Select “Request a quote” on the plan you want or message us on WhatsApp. A person from the sales team replies (Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 Chile time), confirms the plan and billing details, and coordinates activation and the migration of your current site.
Can I request a refund?
Yes, within the first 30 days when 3 or more valid technical tickets remain unresolved under the SLA. Refunds are proportional, net of taxes or transaction costs, and do not apply to external licenses or mistaken purchases. Details are in clause 9 of the Terms and Conditions.
Does the price change on renewal?
The published price is the price of the plan, not a first-year offer. As our terms state, prices may be adjusted on renewal, always with prior notice on the invoice or on the website.
