Which .NET versions are supported?
Plans are oriented to ASP.NET and .NET Framework 3.5 / 4.5+, ideal for Microsoft-based websites, applications and services.
Is MS SQL Server available?
Yes. All plans include SQL Server 2012 databases according to the selected plan. MySQL 5.x / ODBC compatibility is also included.
Does Windows Hosting include a control panel?
We use Plesk, a panel with multiple tools that simplifies hosting account administration, website creation, email and database management, and application development.
Can I migrate from another Windows server?
Yes. Our team migrates your applications, databases and IIS configuration without downtime. The process is fully assisted.
Are the servers in Chile?
Yes. All our Windows servers are in our ZGH-owned data center in Santiago, Chile, with national and international connectivity and N+1 power redundancy.
How do I order a plan?
Select “Request a quote” on the plan you want or message us on WhatsApp. A person from the sales team replies (Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 Chile time), confirms the plan and billing details, and coordinates activation and the migration of your current site.
Can I request a refund?
Yes, within the first 30 days when 3 or more valid technical tickets remain unresolved under the SLA. Refunds are proportional, net of taxes or transaction costs, and do not apply to external licenses or mistaken purchases. Details are in clause 9 of the Terms and Conditions.
Does the price change on renewal?
The published price is the price of the plan, not a first-year offer. As our terms state, prices may be adjusted on renewal, always with prior notice on the invoice or on the website.
